Buffalo Gap Retreat is a great place to host your workshop or retreat..... big or small.
With a 3200 square foot dining hall, 1200 square foot commercial kitchen, 4000 square foot covered pavilion, and lake, beach and wood fired sauna, as well as bon-fire pits, it's a great place to gather.

Sleeping accommodations for nearly 100, and a campground too.

Buffalo Gap has 15 primitive campsites, most creekside, and 2 large private family campsites as well.  Firepits at all, and picnic tables and grills coming throughout 2018.

Our 3200 square foot dining hall is perfect for large events, receptions, parties, private gathering or just a place to gather and hang out.  With complimentary coffee and tea stations, a microwave and convection oven for all to use, and seating and tables for dozens, a great place to relax with friends.

Our Beach House, beach area, and lake are the heart and soul of Buffalo Gap Retreat -- along with our wood fired sauna on the lake!

With provided kayaks, canoes, some inflatables, volleyball and other games, as well as a central beach house are bo-fire pit (with included firewood), this is a great place to gather and join friends and family during your stay with us.

Our 3800 square foot, log hewn, covered pavilion is ideal for gathering with friends to play included games, keeping shaded or dry on hot or rainy days, playing some music, holding a private party, wedding, or reception, a concert, main stage for a festival, a dance event and more!

Our beautifully built wood fired sauna sits on the lake with a floating dock.

Warm up your bones and then cool off in the lake.... firewood included as part of your stay with us.

You can rent out any or all of our private facilities for your party, reunion, workshop, retreat, reception, wedding, camp, special dinner, conference, meeting and more....

On occasion, Buffalo Gap Retreat may host a festival or a dinner series concert event, open to all, and publicized on our Events page of our website.

During our Saturday Dinner Concert Series, all overnight guests will receive free entry... and during festival events, entry will be through festival event payments based on availability, as well as cottage and campsite rentals.

Rustic Elegance.... and simplicity in our first year of weddings at Buffalo Gap Retreat.

Buffalo Gap has an upper and lower hiking trail, which in May and June, are ripe with wild raspberries and then blackberries.

We have a 1200 square foot commercial kitchen, completely decked out with 2 commercial propane stoves and ovens, 2 large 240v convection / pizza ovens, commercial dishwasher, 3 tier and 2 tier stainless steel sinks, ice machine, commercial coffee pot and sub-zero commercial refrigerator, a large walk in freezer and fridge outside, and a huge grill pit outside capable of cooking 100+ hot dogs and burgers simultaneously with charcoal or wood.

Also, lots of pots/pans/plates/utesils/small appliances, etc.
